WEILBURGER Graphics GmbH offers you this app to expand its range of services. For this purpose, Weilburger has had the app equipped by us with a very extensive range of functions and has paid attention to maximum benefit in the daily use of their products. The Service App is designed to enable direct contact with the Weilburger sales and service representative responsible for you according to your company location. To do this, simply enter your contact data in the support menu and the app will automatically identify the contact person responsible for you and saves this data. From then on, you can communicate directly with your personal support representative. The company has deliberately avoided cloud-based communication and uses only the local memory of your end device and the GDPR-compliant communication channel via your standard email client. This gives you full control over your communication and you can also find the support requests generated from the app in your mailbox or CRM system at any time.

The functional scope of the Weilburger Service App is designed in such a way that you and your purchasers, as well as your production employees, experience a high level of added value through the use of this app. For example, as part of its product number changeover, which started in January 2023, the company has already let us integrate a product number converter into the app, which you can use to convert the well-known old product numbers into the new product numbers, which are valid immediately, simply with one click. Currently, the 100 best-selling products have already been integrated into the app and the company will make further products available to you at a high update frequency in the future. If you activate the auto-update for your app, you do not need to follow any further steps after installation and always have the current status of this app and product data available on your end devices.

We have also greatly expanded the functional scope of the well-known and popular Weilburger paint quantity calculator for the company and integrated it seamlessly into the new Service App. This means that in addition to varnishes, you can now also comprehensively calculate printing varnishes and even pigments via the app in accordance with your planned production data. In addition, we have even integrated the selection of suitable anilox rollers - depending on the pigment selected - into the new app for the company, making it easier for you to plan production and calculate costs, even for the application of pigmented varnishes. Of course, the app also remembers all job-specific parameters for your print job and then summarizes all the information into a clear support request for you. You can even order the technical data sheets, safety data sheets and certificates for the products at the same time.
